Warm and cozy atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful view, delicious breakfast with a variety of options, traditional Austrian house.

I had a really wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for everything I wanted to do. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, as were the hotel facilities and parking. The breakfast was absolutely amazing too, with a huge selection of delicious food to choose from.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The breakfast was a nice way to start our day. We enjoyed the selection of food offered, from the hot chocolate to the delicious cheeses. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and at home during our stay. Another plus was the beautiful surroundings and great location, perfect for exploring the nearby mountains and greenery.
The room is in need of some updating as it looks quite old and worn out. we were disappointed to find that the internet wasn't working in our room.

Great location, close to the mountains and with beautiful views. The breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was helpful and friendly. They offered a free travel pass for the area, which was really useful and allowed me to explore the city easily. The room was serviced daily, and the Wi-Fi worked well.
The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The location was not as central as I would have liked, and it took me a long time to get to the lake and other tourist attractions. Additionally, there was a loud noise coming from the street outside, which made it hard to sleep. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
